Kroll Fraud Solutions, Senior Investigator

Since joining Kroll’s Fraud Solutions practice in 2005, Charlotte has assisted many individuals in recovering from the effects of identity theft in her role as a Licensed Investigator. She shares her experience and insight as a member of Kroll’s Fraud Solutions Corporate Social Responsibility team, which is tasked with developing educational presentations and outreach material for use in local schools and the community. In only its second year, this effort has already led to annual presentations at area high schools, educating hundreds of students. Charlotte also manages the continuing education requirements for Kroll’s investigators, a requirement of licensure with the Tennessee Private Investigation and Polygraph Commission. In addition, she is tasked with staying up-to-date with recent trends in scams and fraudulent activities, and frequently contributes consumer alerts for Kroll’s members and the public at large.

In addition to her status as a Licensed Investigator, Charlotte has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation from the International Association of Privacy Professionals . She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University.
