Francesca Wolf
Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer
Francesca provides day-to-day legal guidance and advice to the Fraud Solutions practice of Kroll, specializing in data breach notification, data privacy and security, and consumer protection laws. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and actively monitors data privacy and security legislation, regulations, and guidance. Prior to joining Kroll in 2006, she practiced law in the Nashville office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings. She received her B.A. from Tulane University and her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she was a Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholar and the Executive Editor of the California Western Law Review.
